pkp365 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pkp365", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkp365 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating under the same international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkp365 website or any service offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the pkp365 platform.
• "Platform" means the pkp365 website accessible at pkp365.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional pages, and support tools available therein.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus credits separately indicated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal requests are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, fishing game titles, promotions, and customer support facilities provided by pkp365.

By accessing the pkp365 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any Service offered by pkp365, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the pkp365 platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

pkp365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Use of the pkp365 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pkp365 does not permit access to any real-money service by individuals under this age. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pkp365 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use: You must be using the Platform solely on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Accounts operated on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pkp365 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

To access real-money Services on pkp365, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly should any detail change.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) pkp365 Account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, all balances being forfeited, and the matter potentially being referred to relevant fraud prevention authorities.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkp365 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to protect your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.

pkp365 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

pkp365 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied by pkp365. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the mobile money network.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within one business day.
• pkp365 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using a payment method that does not match your verified account identity may be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a payment method verified in your name.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day where requests are submitted before 17:00 PKT.
• pkp365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable.

pkp365 offers a range of promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. The wagering multiplier is stated in each individual offer's terms. Unless otherwise specified, contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements may vary.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally (or at all) to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. Check the specific offer terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: pkp365 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit mathematical loopholes, or coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• pkp365's Discretion: pkp365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.

All games available on the pkp365 platform — including RNG slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and fishing game titles — operate under the rules published within each game interface and the general fair play standards maintained by pkp365 under its international gaming licence.

• pkp365's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure true randomness and published Return to Player (RTP) accuracy.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's screen and pkp365's server records, the server record shall be the authoritative and final record.
• Technical malfunctions — including software errors, disconnections, or game glitches — void all affected game rounds. Any wagers placed during a technical malfunction will be refunded.
• pkp365 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of a software defect.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the point at which a wager is confirmed. The odds stated at confirmation time are the binding odds for that wager.
• Settlement of sports bets follows the official results as declared by the relevant governing body. pkp365's decision on settlement in disputed situations is final, subject to the formal complaints process.

pkp365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We actively encourage Players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings and to reach out to our support team if they feel their gaming is becoming problematic.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours from the request. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts over a defined period. Loss limit reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely stop gambling on pkp365 may apply for self-exclusion. Self-excluded Players may not open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any manner. Requests for self-exclusion are irreversible for the minimum period requested.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkp365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through known exploitation of a software defect will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or sports betting contexts.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against pkp365.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Any conduct that pkp365 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or threatening towards pkp365 staff or other Players.

All content on the pkp365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pkp365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkp365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the pkp365 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pkp365.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkp365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pkp365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

pkp365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.

pkp365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pkp365 will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the pkp365 Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkp365 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

Complaints Process: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of pkp365's Services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pkp365's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available on request from our support team.

Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints and escalation process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated under pkp365's gaming licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
